Abstract
The objective of this study is to reflect on the possible contributions of an anthropological viewpoint to educational research and practice, raising such pertinent questions as the difficulty in articulation between the anthropological project of the knowledge of differences and the educational project of intervention in reality. The use of some aspects of anthropological knowledge by the educator leads to the construction of a hybrid or frontier knowledge, in addition to a more complex approach to educational phenomena, thereby bringing these two fields, as well as culture and education, closer.
