Abstract
Nowadays, times of reflection and refraction of cyberculture, is the scenario in which the Group Learning Research Network (GRUPAR) UFJF develops the studies and research presented in this article. Here we have some of the findings of the 2012 ended research, sponsored by PROPESQ-UFJF and the FAPEMIG. The investigation had as objects teachers of a distance Pedagogy course, who observed that there is a quest for autonomy, collective production and collaboration as teaching actions, but there is a didactic movement in which it still persists a prior hierarchical planning, often imposed - sometimes confirming an authorship that is others and not collectively and collaboratively.
