Abstract
This is an action research carried out with students of the College of Education, at Universidade Federal do Estado do Rio de Janeiro, , within the context of the subject “Literature at School” which aims the development of practical reading of literary texts, so to provide training for teachers on autonomy, so that they can create anthologies and literature classes that articulate verbal and visual language. To this end, the work is based on theoretical concepts of Mikhail Bakhtin, Roland Barthes and Rudolf Arnheim.
