Abstract
The article aims think about the invention of other spaces within the established school space. To do this, it relies on the Foucauldian concept of problematization as a theoretical-methodological tool. The writing is based on two movements. In the first, it problematizes some of the power relations that permeate the school from modern times to the present day. In the second, it invites us to think about creating heterotopic school spaces that favor self-care. It is hoped that the lines drawn in this text will provoke other educators and researchers in education field to invent strategies that allow thinking about school as more than just a space that shapes bodies and subjectivities, but as a place where possibilities of resistance and practices of freedom emerge.
