Abstract
This article sets out possible relationships between training with online education and teaching practices, reflecting on how the training has caused changes in teaching practices and how it has influenced the teachers when they had to structure and plan their curricular units. Teachers have changed the way they approach the issues to be discussed, tailoring activities, resources and strategies used for the on-line environment. We believe that training plays an important role in promoting the sharing of strategies for energizing the virtual and interaction classroom.
